Your lodging will base you close to Caernarvon Castle in the North – site of the 1969 Investiture  of Charles the current Prince of Wales. You will have time to explore this ancient town and take in it’s magnificent location on the banks of the menai straits. Moving south your next lodging is at the fishermans pub the Penhelig Arms in the quaint seaside town of Aberdovey. En route you will have chance to visit the italianate village of Portmeirion famous for its pottery and art deco. South from Aberdovey and the next lodging is the St Brides Hotel & Spa in Saundersfoot near Tenby. The tour concludes at the 4* Vale of Glamorgan Hotel and Spa near to Cardiff, ideal to relax at the end of your tour and take in some of the South Wales links courses such as Pyle & Kenfig, Royal Porthcawl and Southerndown if your schedule permits.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive into Manchester or Liverpool airport, and transfer approximately 90 minutes to North Wales and your first round of golf at Conwy (Caernarvonshire) Golf Club

Following your golf head east along the coast through the Snowdonia National Park to your accommodation at The Celtic Royal Caernarvon

Day 2

Following your traditional Welsh breakfast travel to your golf at Nefyn & District Golf Club

Overnight at The Celtic Royal Caernarvon

Day 3

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before golf today at Royal St David’s Golf Club, Harlech

Following golf continue South to Aberdovey and Overnight at The Penhelig Arms.

Day 4

Experience golf as Bernard Darwin did, take the train from Harlech to Aberdovey. Alight at the first tee equipped with your clubs.
